Mrs.Chapman’s agriculture classes presented first aid and chemical safety today at the Louisa County 5th Grade Farm Safety Day. Students in the first aid group presented a scenario where you might have to call 911 and walked the 5th graders through some questions they might be asked by a dispatcher. They also helped the 5th graders build a first aid kit. The chemical safety group showed house hold items vs chemicals in clear jars and asked the 5th graders to guess which was was which. Overall it was a great day and we all learned a lot!
