PBIS hosted lunch for High School students and staff today. Thank you for the donations from IBP for the meat, Community Bank for the cases of water, Casey’s for dessert, Des Moines County Pork Producers for the use of their grill, our lunch ladies for providing buns, chips, veggies and fruit. And a special Thank you to Mike Huxley for helping me grill!! We fed 247 total.

The Wapello CSD food pantry will be open Thursday, August 26th from 2:00 - 4:00.
Wapello will dismiss at 1:00 both Thursday and Friday this week, due to the heat and classroom conditions. Next week should be cooler!
High School and Junior High Cross Country Practice for Wednesday, August 25, 2021 will be held at 6:00 p.m. Please meet at the High School Main Gym South East Entrance.
Heritage Oaks will be hosting a golf tournament this Saturday at 1 pm with all proceeds benefiting both the Wapello and Mepo golf teams. Price is $40 a person and includes cart and lunch. Door prizes/raffles will also be available. Questions can be directed to Kent at Heritage Oaks 319-868-7747.
