Louisa County Extension is offering a one-day workshop that will help to build skills, maturity, and confidence to safely stay home alone. This workshop is for 4th-6th graders and will be on Monday, April 18th from 9 am – 3 pm at the Letts Community Center. Amanda Ball came to teach 1st graders about “Our Families” from the Junior Achievement program! These first graders enjoyed learning from her and they also received a special treat each day that went along with the lesson.
