Here is this week's, What's Happening at Wapello - We are down to the wire with winter sports, it is time for the post season where teams must keep winning to keep playing. There is one regular season game left for our Boys Basketball Team on Tuesday evening and a few games of JH Boys Basketball that remain. Come cheer on our students as they look to keep playing in the post season!
Kindergarten had a busy week! We made our predictions about whether or not Punxsutawney Phil would see his shadow and give us 6 more weeks of Winter or no shadow for an early Spring, we used our math brains to explain our thinking about how 2D and 3D shapes are similar/different, and we had iPad time to play Freckle math games.

Lincoln Hardin was our 1st grade “Star of the Week!” We enjoyed listening to him read from one of his favorite books, “Dragons Love Tacos.” He also shared his dog, Maggie. She was so friendly and the kiddos loved her.
