Jayleen Rosario was our 1st grade “Star of the Week!” Jayleen did a great job reading her book, “Good Night Gorilla” and sharing her stuffed animal.
The Cross Country team will travel to Hillcrest Academy today.

JH volleyball will play at home tonight versus LM. Game time is set for 4:30PM.
On Friday, students in Mrs. Wykert's kindergarten class had a special visit from Harley's grandma Dawn and her pet skunk, Duke! We learned that Duke, although his scent glands have been removed, will still lift his tail to "spray" when he is feeling like he is in danger. We also learned that he is a nocturnal animal, he loves to eat cheese, and if he were in the wild he would hibernate. Since he is domesticated, he will not hibernate but he will still eat a lot in order to build up fat for the winter. Thank you Duke, Harley and Dawn!
