In Mrs. Wykert's class, Jacob (with the help of Kye) gave a wrestling demonstration for his sharing this week.
Mrs. Wykert's kindergarten class had a visit from Esther's puppy, Oreo! We practiced being respectful and quiet so we didn't scare her. Thank you to Esther's grandparents for bringing Oreo to see us.
Kindergarteners tried Green Eggs and Ham last week. Everyone tried it and most loved it!💚

Introducing the 2023 Homecoming Court:
Wapello Cross Country ran at the English Valleys Invite yesterday. This was the first race for the Junior High team this season. Next week the high school team will run in Burlington.
Wapello Esports team had their first competition of the year vs Danville losing a tough sudden death match of Smash Brothers. Wapello was led by Aiden Ueltschy who went 4-0, Sergio Castillo 3-1, and Evan Stephens 3-1. Next competition is Rainbow Six and it will be tomorrow.
