Today's Staff Feature Friday spotlights our PK-12 Talented and Gifted Teacher, Mrs. Lori Shehan.
Her family includes her husband and three children.
Mrs. Shehan holds an undergraduate degree from Western Illinois University in Psychology, a Post-Bachelors degree from Western Governor's University in 5-12 Social Studies education, and Capella University in Educational Psychology. Mrs. Shehan has spent 13 years in education with the past five being spent here at the Wapello Community School District.
In her spare time, you can find Mrs. Shehan reading, gardening, watching baseball, and spending time with family and friends.
We asked Mrs. Shehan what she likes best about working at the Wapello Community School District. Her response was this, "The amazing group of co-workers who have become my friends."
