To View the 2018-2019 PowerSchool Registration Instructions, please click here to be taken to the PowerSchool Registration Instructions. Parents must update all of their students information in the PowerSchool Registration Module. This updates all of the information within PowerSchool and must be completed for all students.

Some parents have notified us of a "glitch" they've encountered when registering for school. If you have entered all of your information and it won't let you submit, exit out of your browser. All of your information will be automatically saved. Log back into register and you should be able to submit. We are working with the programmers to get this remedied. Thank you for your understanding!

Wapello Community School District Health Form

The Wapello Community School District requires each student to have a health form on file with the school nurse. This form can be filled out online but must be printed and signed by a parent or guardian for each student enrolled in the district. Please print the form(1 for each child) fill out the blanks and then return to the school that your student attends. To access this form, please Click Here.

Field Trip, Photographs, and Internet Permission

Please only fill out these fillable forms if you do not give permission for your student to attend field trips, if you do not want to have their photograph taken and used by the district, or if you do not give permission for your student(s) to access the internet while at school. Any combination of these three items would necessitate you to fill out this form. If you give consent for these three things, you do not need to fill out this form.
